- Write up, full pictures, contact info etc. A full write up is done for all properties. Not curt, non descriptive text. There will be a full paragraph write up or as much is allowed for the particular medium.
- Syndicated listing to over 30 sources yahoo, trulia, zillow, homes.com, etc. MLS.
- Homes will be manually listed on non-syndicated sites. Craigslist, Menebac, Backpage. Once per week.
- Commercial properties will be placed in additional commercial web sites.
- Just listed cards to 50 addresses around house. (Will not be done for rentals)
- Sold cards to 50 addresses around house. (Will not be done for rentals)
- 2 Open Houses per week for first 2 weeks. (Residential only)
- 1 Open house per week for next 4 weeks (if not under contract) (Residential only)

- Printed business cards with your house on one side and my info on the other for you to hand out to people you meet. (Sales only).

Price NegotiationI do the marketing and property valuation process well, and that means you’ll be seeing a buyer with a contract soon. I am with you every step of the way in the contract price negotiations and will work to get you the top price possible with the fewest concessions.

Inspection and Repair NegotiationsThe negotiations rarely end with the price however. Once the buyer completes their inspection and document examination processes, they often object to things discovered and request corrective action that involves expense to the seller. I'm here to work with you every step of the way and help you to keep the deal alive without “giving up the farm.”
